Quotes
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A quote covers the work described in it. If extra work is found once the job starts, we will talk to you and agree the price before doing it.
Minimum charge
Our minimum charge is NZ$90 + GST. It covers travel within East Auckland and setting up on site. Outside East Auckland, a small travel charge may apply — we will tell you before booking.
Materials
We can supply materials as part of your quote, or use materials you already have. Materials we supply are charged at cost plus handling, as shown on your quote.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, card (including Apple Pay) and QR scan-to-pay. Larger jobs may require a deposit before materials are ordered.
Workmanship guarantee
Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. This covers our workmanship — not wear and tear, misuse, or faults in materials supplied by the client.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Materials already purchased for your job will be charged.
Insurance
We hold $1M public liability insurance.
