Window Flashing & Scribe Repair
Rainwater was getting into an extension, but the leak visible inside was only the symptom. Outside, the window junction had no proper flashing detail and the old silicone had started cracking.
Instead of simply sealing over the crack again, new flashing was installed and custom scribes were made to suit the existing windows.

Do you require a minimum charge?
Yes, we have a minimum service charge to cover travel and initial setup. The exact amount varies depending on the location and scope of the job. We'll gladly let you know the minimum charge during your initial consultation.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes — every quote is free and comes with no obligation. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold a Carpentry Level 4 qualification, $1M public liability insurance, a police check and SiteSafe certification. Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
How long will the job take?
It depends on the scope — small repairs are often done same-day, while larger projects like renovations or decking can take several days. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.
Do you provide your own materials?
We can supply all materials as part of your quote, or work with materials you've already got on hand — whichever suits you best.
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash, bank transfer, QR code scan-to-pay, and card payment including Apple Pay. We can also send an invoice by email for online payment — quick and easy.
