Final Check & Clean-up
Boards checked for squeaks or movement, transitions finished properly, and the site left tidy.

Soft spots, water damage and rot in the subfloor need fixing before any new flooring goes down — we check the subfloor, not just the surface, and repair it properly rather than patching over the problem.
Which flooring type is best — timber, laminate or vinyl?
