About This Vinyl Flooring Replacement
The existing square vinyl tiles running through this Botany home's laundry corridor, bathroom and toilet were lifting at the edges, with several already cracked. The tiles themselves were the only real barrier against moisture — every seam between them was a place water could work its way through toward the subfloor, and left long enough, that risked real damage underneath.
All three areas were stripped back and relaid with one continuous sheet of vinyl. That meant a lot of careful cutting-in around fixtures — tight around the vanity and shower base in the bathroom, and fitted closely around the toilet pedestal in a genuinely small space — but the result throughout is a clean, seamless finish with no joints left for moisture to find.
Small details like this go a long way toward how a property presents to buyers, which made it a natural fit ahead of this sale.
