About This Cavity Sliding Door Leveling
The door hadn't come off its track or jammed outright — it just wasn't hanging straight. The top of the door sat further out from the frame than the bottom, so even when it looked closed, a noticeable gap stayed open along the bottom edge.
To reach the adjustment mechanism, the top track cover strip had to come off first — it sits tight against the ceiling and hides the rollers the door actually hangs from.
With the mechanism exposed, the roller hinges were adjusted using the small hex key that's normally supplied with a new door — turning it brings each roller up or down slightly, which is exactly what levels the door in its track.
