A commercial dental practice in Ormiston needed its interior lift well shaft repaired and repainted — a space that sees constant use by staff and patients every day.
Marked and worn plaster surfaces inside the shaft were repaired first, giving a smooth, even base ready for painting.
The lift well was then repainted to a clean, durable commercial finish, matching the professional standard expected in a healthcare setting.
The interior plaster of the lift well shaft had become marked and worn from daily commercial use, giving a tired look in a space patients pass through regularly.
Damaged plaster sections were repaired and smoothed, then the full lift well shaft was repainted with a durable, commercial-grade finish.
The lift well now presents a clean, professional finish in keeping with the standard expected at a busy dental practice.
"Rinat from Handyman Botany recently completed painting, tiling and water blasting work at our Lumino Dental unit. He offered competitive pricing, provided excellent service and proved completely trustworthy. To accommodate our tenant, Rinat carried out all the work over the weekend and responsibly managed access to the surgery outside normal business hours. I'm very happy with the completed work and highly recommend Rinat and Handyman Botany to other businesses and tenants."
