It depends what's being cleaned. On paving with joints, water blasting alone only gives a short-term result — weeds start growing back almost immediately because the joints reopen once cleaned, so proper weed treatment and jointing sand are also needed. On a solid surface like a driveway, water blasting on its own works very well: it cleans the surface and removes the moss and buildup that make it slippery and unsafe to walk or drive on.

Pricing is worked out individually based on the volume of work. Jobs like this start from a minimum call-out of $180 incl. GST, quoted in one of three ways: an hourly labour rate plus materials, a fixed price agreed and written into the quote before work starts, or you supply your own materials from any supplier and pay only for delivery and labour.

The paving jointing sand is guaranteed for 12 months. Because weed regrowth depends on conditions outside our control, the weed treatment carries a 6-month guarantee against regrowth.
