About This Paving Restoration
A large paved area in Golflands had become heavily overgrown with weeds, moss and dirt over time, affecting both its appearance and safety underfoot.
Removing weeds and water blasting created an immediate visual transformation, but cleaning alone would have left deep open joints between the pavers. Without refilling those gaps, weeds grow back faster and the surface looks less complete.
After cleaning, the joints were treated with a suitable weed-control product and refilled with paving jointing sand with binder โ a stabilising compound that sets firm and helps lock the sand in place for longer.
