About This Flat-Pack Shed Assembly
This Randwick Park property needed two matching metal garden sheds assembled from flat packs. Tools and the printed manufacturer's manual were prepared first, then each kit was opened and its metal panels and framing components sorted.
Individual wall panels were assembled as separate blocks according to the instructions, then joined together to form each shed. A subcontractor assisted with holding the flexible wall and roof panels steady while they were lifted, aligned and fastened — sheet metal like this can twist or bend if it isn't properly supported during assembly, so a second set of hands made for a cleaner, straighter result.
Doors were fitted and adjusted on the first shed once its frame was complete, then the same controlled process was repeated for the second shed.
